Suggestions for Pilot Projects
The big idea behind Partners in Literacy is that new partnerships work together to:
- improve their reach to families
- encourage and supprt reading cultures in families
- monitor the changes in practice and outcome
Colleagues at the planning event were asked how they could adapt working practice or services offered, and what support they would need to achieve this.
Ideas for 'change' are shown at three levels: operational, infrastructural and strategic.
The ideas are listed in three groups:
- operational projects focused on parents or communities
- ideas that are about changing the way some organisations participate in PiL
- infrastructure ideas that could support all PiL activities
